Sunday, July 5

Today, we came back from the vacation. :(
We also went ziplining. :)
The place where we went ziplining was called Hawksnest.

You can also go snowtubing there, but you can't really find snow in North Carolina in July. There were two lines for ziplining, the Hawk line and the Eagle line. The Hawk line is for people who are younger than ten and are less than 80 pounds. The Eagle line is for basically everyone else. I guess the Hawk line is easier than the Eagle line.

BREAKING NEWS
I just got word that Nicholas's friend Ruiyang left his computer bag in the hotel. The bag contained many important things.
END BREAKING NEWS

I learned how to zipline from the guides. First, you put on a harness. Then, you put on gloves. On one of the gloves is a big piece of leather which you use to hold on to the line. This is used to brake. To go, you need to clip your rolling thing onto the line and then put your braking hand lightly onto the line. Then, you just sit back and glide. To brake, you pull down on the line with your braking hand.
There were 11 lines in total in the Hawk line. There were also two swinging bridges. The bridges were really fun and swung a lot.

Weird thing:
